  The Engineering and Technology Division of Headway specializes in the placement of high level Engineers and Technical support, focusing in the Energy sector. Current Energy markets served are Fossil, Natural Gas, Nuclear, Hydro, Wind and Solar.

  Tracy Wandell was the Founder of Sphere Services, Inc. and continues to serve as President. Sphere Services, Inc. was established in April 1993 as a service company removing cenospheres (floating ash) from coal fired power plants ash ponds. In 1994 SSI started direct contracting with utilities to remove and market cenospheres; in 1997 started importing cenospheres to meet customers demands; and in 2005 started brokering cenospheres.

  For 4 years, Tracy Wandell worked as an Avaition Structural Engineer stationed in Glenview, IL. Attached to squadron VR-51 DC-9 aircraft. Traveled as a plane captain on missions to Sicily, Japan, Philippines, Korea, England and other US locations.
